Movement & Beyond is a fully equipped studio in Soho, New York City offering Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis. We have been in business in Soho for
over 7 years.
We offer the following:

- A daily Gyrokinesis class in our open studio
- The benefit of being in a 'teacher training' studio
For professionals and instructors we offer:

Studio Rental
The studio dimensions are 12'4" ft by 21'10" ft and is suitable for massage sessions, meditation classes, or other workshops fitting up to
10 people.
Rental cost is $20 per hour.
