GYROTONIC® F1-visa Program

1. Program of Study at GYROTONIC® Soho
The GYROTONIC® Soho has essentially five levels of study to complete the program.
The Gyrotonic® Pre-Training Course, Foundation Course and Apprentice Review Course in the Visa Program are official educational courses of the International Head Quarters of GYROTONIC®.
Upon successful completion of the Foundation Teachers Training Course, the student will receive a certificate of apprenticeship from the Headquarters. This certificate will allow the student to apply the methodology professionally as an apprentice.
Licensing and recognition as a certified Gyrotonic® Trainer Level 1 is based on the successful completion of the Apprenticeship and the Final Certification Course.

• Introduction to the Gyrotonic Expension System® (Month 1)
  * Intro Gyrotonic Class: 3classes per week
  * Intro 10 GK Classes: once a week (month 1-3)



• Pre-training Course + Independent study (Month 2)
  * GT-PTC: 6 days
  * 4 Privates: once a week
  * 12 Independent study (Month 2-3)
  * Intro 10 GK Classes: once a week (month 1-3)



• Foundation Course + Independent study (Month 3)
  * GT-TTC: 2 weeks
  * 6 Independent study (Month 2-3)
  * Intro 10 GK Classes: once a week (month 1-3)



• Apprenticeship Program (Month 4-9)
  * AP Program: Minimum 2hours of Teaching Client, Independent Workout and Observation per week (total of 6hours)
  * 6 Master Trainer private Session: once a month
  * 20 Gyrokinesis Classes



• Apprentice Review Course (Month 6 & 8)
  Apprentice Review Course: 2 segments of 3dys course

2. Program of Study at Peridance Center:
Minimum 20classes of dance / movement classes
