Studio release form and brief studio policy

Please familiarize yourself with our studio policy and fill out the studio release form before or on your first session.

Bring ID every time you visit to show the downstairs doorman.

If you feel under the weather or sick, please reschedule your session and stay home until feeling well.

24 hour strict cancellation policy on all sessions and Tower classes. Please contact us minimum 24 hours before your scheduled session or group class to not get charged full session fee if you need to reschedule or cancel your booked session.

All equipment sanitized between sessions.

Studio Tower Group classes* normally available six days a week**, see our Price list page for current Group class schedule. * minimum Intro package knowledge needed for Tower Class, ** no admittance to Tower Class/any Group Class after the first 5 minutes. 

Only water bottle with tight lid permitted in the machine area. No personal belongings or drinks on the machines!

We are a cell phone free studio. Please leave your phone on silent and in your belongings.

No photos taken in the studio without the studio’s knowledge! Please ask if wanting a photo! No video filming!
