Studio Cancellation and Card Expiration Policy
All Session Cards, Class Cards and Studio fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All Cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Strict 24 hour cancellation policy on all Private sessions, Tower Classes and Independent Workouts is applied. If less than 24 hours, full session price will be charged.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your session or class, to not get charged.
Rescheduling of session only available within same day of appointment, if instructor has availability.

Studio Policy
Please read and sign our Studio Release Form on your first visit to our studio (See the Button above or fill out in the studio).
Bring ID to show the downstairs doorman every time your come in.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your session, and for your first session, allow time to fill out our studio release form.
Private Sessions are 1 hour long, no extensions for late comers.
No admittance to Group Class /Tower Class after the first 5 minutes.
Minimum Intro Package knowledge required to join our Tower group classes.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move well in, and either socks or barefeet. We are a shoe free studio. Please use our shoe rack by the door for your shoes.
Cubbies/shoe rack and changing room with hangers available.
Please turn your cell phone off, or leave on silent! Leave your phone with your personal belongings, not in class or on in the machine area.
We are a Cell Phone Free Studio.
No photos taken without studio permission! No video filming!
Bathrooms available in the hallway, where you can also wash hands.
Changing room in the studio, no showers.
Shared bathroom slippers available for bathroom use, hand sanitizer available on the front desk.
Please only bring water bottle with tight lid into the machine area! Filtered water and paper cups available by the front desk. You can freely refill your water bottle with us!
No bottles, liquids or personal belongings on the machines!
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, deodorants and/or lotions.
Be courteous and keep your voice low.
Please refrain from coming in sick, while getting sick or under the weather. Please wait until well, and if needed test for covid or flue.
Please let us know if you need everyone to wear masks during your time in the studio.
Air purifiers plus full studio ventilation and A/C .
Toesox, studio shirt and bag for sale for your convenience.
Instructors have the right to cancel or re-schedule sessions, and send clients home if they feel the client is not well or for other reasons.
Photos of and in the studio are only allowed with our knowledge and approval. NO videos!!
