Level 1,

The first step in becoming a GYROTONIC® Instructor, or if you would like to deepen your understanding of the Method and your practice. This course is a pre-requisite to be able to enter GYROTONIC® Foundation course Level 1.

GYROTONIC® Foundation Course,

Level 1

This is the Teachers’ Training course to become an instructor.

12 day course, plus 1 day off.

Registration/ Studio fee: $400, Course fee: $2100

Total cost: $2500

Pre-Requisite: Successfully completed, and valid GYROTONIC® Pre-Training course.

GYROTONIC® Apprentice Review Course

6 day course

Registration/ Studio fee: $350, Course fee: $1050

Total cost: $1400

A mandatory 6-day review course, after successfully completing the Foundation course, level 1 and teaching min 30 hours as an Apprentice. Completing this 6-day course and then teaching the additional min 30 hours of your apprentice hours, to a total of min 60 teaching hours makes the apprentice ready for Final certificate course.

GYROTONIC®Level 2,

Program 1 Pre-Training Course, and Program 2 Pre-Training Course

Two separate programs and separate 3 day courses, which are the corresponding pre-trainings for each separate 4 day full course.

Pre-requiaite: Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 instructor, for at least 4 months, to advance your understanding of the Method and your practice in Level 2 material.

These courses each separately counts as a GYROTONIC® update course for Instructor’s continuing education and license renewal. The Pre-training course for each program is a Pre-requisite for the full 4 day Course of each Program. Each pre-training course valid: 1 year.

Registration/ Studio fee: $250 for each course.

GYROTONIC®, Level 2,

Program 1 and Program 2

Full 4 day Courses,

Two separate programs and separate 4 day courses.

Pre-requisite: Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 instructor, with valid Level 2 Pre-Training (with in 1 year), to advance understanding of the Method, your practice in Level 2 material and become a certified Level 2 instructor.

Pre-Requisite:

Valid GYROTONIC® Level 2, Program 1 Pre-Training Course for Foundation course Program 1

and

valid GYROTONIC® Level 2, Program 2 Pre-Training Course for Foundation course Program 2

(both pre-training courses valid for 1 year of last day of pre-training course).

These courses each counts as a GYROTONIC® update course for Instructor’s continuing education and license renewal.

After each course you are a certified Level 2 instructor in either Program 1 or Program 2.

When taken all 4 courses (Pre-trainings Program 1 & 2, and Full Course Program 1 & 2) you are a fully certified Level 2 instructor.
