Meet our Great Instructors! Part 4

Sophia Ramasuglia

Sophia Rumasuglia is originally from the Bay Area and has spent most of her life dedicated to movement arts.

She has danced professionally with Joffrey Ballet in New York, Ballet Austin, Bay Pointe Ballet, Ballet Bernasconi, No Strings Attached, and Metamorphosis Ballet. She is currently dancing with Soulskin Dance and Alchemy Arts Collective.

She has also been teaching ballet for the past 16 years. She received her BFA from St. Mary's College, is a certified yoga teacher, and GYROTONIC® trainer. She has spent the last nine years practicing and teaching the GYROTONIC® method, in San Francisco, at Movement for Everyone and the Seed Center.

Her GYROTONIC® qualifications include: the foundation training, Level 2 Program 1, Gyrotoner®, Jumping Stretching Board, Leg Extension Unit, and Application for Dancers Level 1.

Demi Trezona

Demi Trezona is a professional ballet dancer with over 12 years of experience dancing with notable companies such as Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, National Ballet of Canada, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, Czech National Theatre in Brno, Grand Rapids Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet.

Demi has been freelancing out of New York City since 2023. She is passionate about sharing movement and helping others connect to and understand their bodies in meaningful ways. 

Demi is a GYROTONIC® Apprentice. She started her professional training in the GYROTONIC® method here at GYROTONIC® Soho - Movement Beyond in NYC, with Pre-Trainer Joana Correa and Specialized Master Trainer Maria Holm.
